BODY LAMPS
In order to convey emotions without using words or facial expressions, I came up with the concept of Body Lamps. Each project explores different feelings and situations for viewers to interpret in their own way. By using light instead of heads, I show different thoughts. The naked bodies represent vulnerability and our common humanity.
The lamps represent how everyone sees themselves as unique, thinking their thoughts and problems are the most important. But in reality, we’re all equal. These lamps mainly express feelings and situations related to human relationships.
BREAK FORWARD I ABSALON
This video was created for Break Forward, a client I’ve been collaborating with since May 1st, 2020. Break Forward is an association dedicated to fostering the urban dance scene in Denmark through workshops, events, and the development of the Danish dance community.
The video serves as an after-movie for a dance-breaking battle. My primary objective was to capture the vibrant atmosphere of the event, appealing to both dance enthusiasts and those unfamiliar with the art form. I focused on showcasing the right dance moves from the best angles while ensuring they synchronized seamlessly with the music.
ANASTASIJA OLESCUKA - ABOUT MARCH 2014
In this video, I want to show all the different feelings, memories, and pain experienced by Anastasija Olescuka, all without uttering a single word. There’s a hidden significance behind her movements, rooted in the loss of her father in 2014.

As slow piano music fills the air, Anastasija gracefully balances on one leg, showing how she’s tried to find balance since her father passed. Her bare feet connect with the earth, Trying to connect herself to the forest they used to explore together.

Anastasija’s dance becomes a medium for her emotions, expressing her inner struggles without speaking. As a professional dancer, movement becomes her language, letting her emotions speak through movement. The music, her father’s favorite, serves as a poignant reminder of his presence.
Towards the end of the video, Anastasija’s movements, reflecting the rollercoaster of emotions she experiences when reminiscing about her father. In the final scene, she stares into the camera, her eyes betraying the pain that words cannot express.
